Scheme "Multiple DIDs"

Allows you to receive and make calls from a large number of phone numbers (SIP-accounts) from one Telegram-account. It is possible to receive calls on the second line.
Convenient for use in cases:
Managing a large number of accounts linked to different numbers
Mediating a large number of listings (avito, real estate, car, etc.)
Try SIP.TG Telegram Softphone to collect and make calls from a large number of numbers if you are already actively using Telegram and IP telephony tools.

There is no need to use third-party software, telecom operator applications, the need to switch between applications is reduced. Calls can be received from any of your devices, computer, tablet, cell phone, etc.

Appreciate the reliability and convenience of Telegram for receiving calls, battery saving, working even on unstable Internet connections anywhere in the world. Telegram voice algorithms are specially adapted for weak channels and mobile devices, unlike the classic SIP-telephony.

Share configured accounts with friends, family, partners or coworkers.

Second line call, call transfer and call hold are supported.

Getting set up

The point of setting up scheme is to send @siptg_bot the details of all SIP accounts from whose numbers you want to collect incoming or make outgoing calls via Telegram.

Up to 1,000 numbers (SIP accounts) per Telegram user can be connected under this scheme.

  • Some service providers allow you to get SIP settings for your phone number, then you can specify them immediately to our bot.

  • If your service provider does not allow you to get SIP settings for your number, you can purchase a SIP number from your region from one of the ip telephony operators, set up forwarding from your number to it and give the SIP account details to the bot(Recommended ip telephony operators for different zones).

The solution works for phone numbers of all regions and carriers.

Features scheme "Multiple DIDs"

  • SIP accounts can be placed in a hierarchical structure for easy number selection when making a call (see SIP Account Grouping section below).

  • SMS messages are not transmitted when diverted.

  • When making an outgoing call through the @siptg account, you will be prompted to select the required SIP account.

Grouping and sorting SIP accounts

Each SIP account can be given a Name. If it contains a /, it will be treated as a separator - similar to the full path of a file in a file system. SIP accounts that share a part of the path will be grouped. Grouping only works when a line is selected for an outgoing call.

By default, lines for an outgoing call are sorted in the order of last use. If it is more convenient to sort lines in alphabetical order - add the symbol / (slash) to the end of SIP-account name of each such line. This will list the last used lines first, and then the remaining lines in alphabetical order.
