Using User Groups

Function Group (section /group bot) allows you to flexibly manage the resources available to SIP.TG users.

You can specify which Telegram-accounts will have access to:

• To receive incoming calls from administrator SIP accounts
• To make outgoing calls from administrator SIP accounts

(using this feature, several people can receive and make calls from one SIP account)

• To use your own Worker servers
• To use your own Session Storage (only for Gateway mode)

To add users to the Group, you need to click the “Add” button, and then forward any messages from the desired users to @siptg_bot.

To set the required restrictions, select the resource type (Worker, Storage, Incoming calls, Outgoing calls) and check the boxes next to the accounts that need to be given permissions.

The specified restrictions will take effect immediately after paying for the function in the section /tariff bot. The function is paid for by the number of users in the Group at the Group tariff. The approximate cost of the function is 50 rubles/month per user (discounts are given for large volumes).
