In Gateway mode it is possible to receive and make parallel calls through Telegram-company account (up to 100 simultaneous calls). Calls pass through an office or virtual SIP-PBX, where they are distributed among employees according to the required logic.

Gateway implementation scenario
Get a new one Telegram-account (or use an existing one) to receive and make calls, connect the Gateway to it via @siptg_bot
You configure the routing of incoming and outgoing calls through the Gateway line on the PBX, and if desired, connect the line to the CRM system you are using.
Mention in the contacts section, as well as in your Telegram- channels or bots that you are receiving voice calls to the corresponding account.

The cost of using the Gateway mode depends on the number of lines required for parallel calls. The number and duration of calls on each line is not limited.

The cost of one line is 600 rubles/month.
Minimum 2 lines can be issued.
